I keep seeing quests in Moor’s for the Ykeshan Stronghold, so I decided to look up what kind of NPCs they had in there and the one I noticed the most was Field General Uktap. Not a nice guy at all. General Uktap is a troll that is found in Ykesha’s Inner Stronghold. He is 88^^^ epic x4. Well, EQ2 wikia reports he drops the General’s Iron Cuirass, a pretty nice plate item , but there was no strategy listed.
